Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a “try before you buy” option. The cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are paying for a product that is out of stock or will soon be available but has not yet been added to inventory. We may not collect payment at checkout, or we may collect a partial payment, store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining amount at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you can no longer cancel it, but you may request a (partial) refund. See our return policy for more information about returns and refunds.
